Enviro-Safe is Much More Economical Than Competitors
Cost: 1-gallon of Enviro-Safe is $42.25/gallon,
makes up to 10-gallons. 1-quart Shooters are $17.50, makes
up to 2.5 gallons
Mixing (Light to Heavy rust): Mixed at
10% (equal to the competitors in rust removal strength) makes 10-gallons
and is only $5.95/gallon.
Mixing (Light to Severe rust): You can also
mix it up at 20% and it would be 3X as strong as the competitors,
makes 5-gallons and is only $11.90/gallon. Typically, twice
the concentration, twice the strength, but not in this case.
Its 3x as strong, a synergistic effect.
Save on Shipping: You will also save on shipping.
You would have to buy 10-gallons of the competitors product to our
1-gallon of Industrial Concentrate. Would you rather ship 10-gallons
or 1-gallon?
Our Rust Removers Make Rust Removal Easy and Safe by Eliminating:
- Grinding
- Abrasives
- Wire Wheels
- Sand Blasting
- Acids
- Time Consuming Labor
Directions for Mixing 1-quart Shooters
1. Pour SHOOTER solution into a 1-GALLON stainless steel, glass
or chemical resistant plastic container. (rinsed milk jugs work
well..)
2. Add water into empty SHOOTER bottle and pour into 1-gallon
container (repeat 3 times to fill 1-gallon container)
3. Immerse part into Enviro-Safe solution or continuously spray
part using the Enviro-Safe solution
[Optional] Heat
solution up to 150 F. max. to accelerate rust removal
4. Allow part to soak until rust is removed.
5. Remover part and rinse. If black residue is evident,
wash off using Metal Cleaner 0001. A light scrub may help.
Directions on Mixing of Industrial Concentrate Solution for Rust
Removal Applications
Determine the concentration that you will be using, 10% or 20%.
- Use 10% for light to medium rust removal applications, especially
for one time use.
- Use 20% for light to severe rusted parts, especially if
you want to re-use solution.
1. Find a large stainless steel, glass or chemical resistant
plastic container to immerse your parts into.
2. Mix concentrate and water in correct proportions, see below
for easy method of measuring.
- 10% concentrate: Find a measuring cup, small can or bottle
and fill up to top or line on the container with concentrate.
Pour into larger container. Refill with water up to same line
and pour into large container, repeat with water 8 more times.(total
of 1 container of concentrate and 9 containers of water).
- 20% concentrate: Repeat same procedure as above but only
refill with water 4 times.(total of 1 container of concentrate
and 4 containers of water)
[Optional]
Heat solution up to 150 F. max. to accelerate rust removal
3. Immerse parts into container and remove when rust has been
removed. Check a few time to determine time needed.
4. Remover part and rinse. If black residue is evident,
wash off using Metal Cleaner 0001. A light scrub may help.
Why Use Our Rust Removers?
- We also support our customers with a concentrate version
of the rust remover. This greatly saves in transportation
costs and storage issues.
- Easily mixes with water. Using quality water is recommended
but not necessary
- Mix up concentrate with water at recommended concentrations.
- Use 10% for light rust or one time use.
- Use 20% for medium to heavy rust or for re use over
and over.
- Example: for light rust, mix 1 part concentrate into
9 parts water.
- Concentrate mixes easily with water, simply stir.
- Safe to use on most plastics, rubbers and paint
- Works on steels, cast irons, copper, bronze, and more.
- Does not work well on stainless steel. The passivation
layer on the stainless resists the chelants.
- Call if you have any questions on materials to use on or
incompatibility concerns..
More Reasons to Use Enviro-Safe Rust Removers
- Completely removes all the rust, even in intricate areas,
hard to get to spaces, etc.
- Contain NO Phosphoric Acids or Caustic Chemicals
- You don't have to worry about hydrogen embrittlement with
chelant technology
- Powerful rust removal that was developed using breakthrough
technology that safely and effectively removes oxidation. Initially
developed for industrial applications and now available for
anyone.
- The safer alternative to traditional and hazardous rust
removers. It easily dissolves rust from steel, cast iron, copper
and other corroded alloys leaving a rust free surface ready
to paint or otherwise finish.
