Example of Continuous Spray Technique

This is a good example of a continuous spray system, using a small submersible pump, garden hose and a flower sprayer. A plastic sheet was used to direct the overspray back into a catch tub.

Rust Removal Using Continuous Spray [Pic #1]:

Here is a picture of a severely rusted PTO belt drive. The customer wanted to remove the rust without using a grinding wheel, abrasives and left in-place.

Not a problem for Enviro-Safe.

The customer rounded up a pump, plastic tub and an old tarp. He placed 10% solution into the bucket and started flowing the rust remover over the pulley. It was about 45 F out and it took overnight to do the job.

Note that the solution flowed over the entire part, even that back which was hard to see and get to by using a grinder or hand sanding.

Later the next morning the equipment was removed and the pulley was covered in a light black coating. A quick wash with diluted Metal Kleener 0001 and this revealed the shiny clean pulley.

Note that the paint on the tractor was unaffected by the Enviro-Safe solution.

Comparison of a Competitors Product and Enviro-Safe Concentrate:

The bottle on the left is the Competitors product (yellow in color)

The bottle on the right is Enviro-Safe (crystal clear)

A light beam was shown through the each of the bottles contents to enhance what is in them.

Note that the Enviro-Safe is absolutely clear and the competitors product is yellow with visible sediment on the bottom. Actually, the competitor product started much clearer than this. It reacted with the sunlight and turned yellow.

The yellowing and sediment on the bottom indicates a very unstable product. The chemicals in solution that is designed to work to take out the rust have dropped out of solution and become useless. Shaking the bottle only disperses the sediment and eventually settles back out on the bottom.

At Enviro-Safe, this is unacceptable for products to separate like this. We use only high grade materials and ensure that our products do what they are intended to do not "fall apart" like this.

Close-up of Above Picture's Competitors Product:

This is a close up of the competitors product.

Notice the sediment. Its most likely sulfur-based product or similar, that is falling out of solution. When a chemical drops out of solution and becomes a solid for no reason, indicates a poorly designed chemistry and product. This would never be allowed with our quality control and product formulations.

Do you really want to pay for chemical that is not being used and as unstable as this?

Think about it.. and start using Enviro-Safe.
