A common problem with soda blasting is that it doesn't take all the rust off. This customer called the experts at Enviro-Safe and asked what we had to offer.
We suggested using our Enviro-Safe Rust Remover to remove the rust and then spray down car with our Metal Shield 2009 to preserve the car over the winter.
The ingenious customer thought about using the "rotisserie" method of applying our product over the entire car.
Pumping our liquid rust remover over the car using a continuous flow technique enables large parts or surface areas to have their rust removed without using too much chemical.
Note the tarp under the car, the pump and catch basin on the left of the picture and the movable spray hose laying on the car.
The fluid is pumped over the car using the spray nozzle and the fluid flows over the car, onto the tarp and directed into the catch basin. The pump recirculates the fluid.
This is a typical plastic spray nozzle ($5) used to spray flowers, etc. Note that our chemical does not effect the nozzle.
Simply move the nozzle anywhere on the car and wait till the rust is gone.
Reposition nozzle as necessary.

This rotisserie method using continuous spray is perfect for accessing all areas of the car.
You don't need a powerful spray of fluid to remove the rust, gently spray onto the surface and let the chemical do the work.
Pool of rust removing fluid turns black when iron from the rust is dissolved into the solution. This is a visual indicator that lets you know that the solution is almost spent. We recommend using the solution until it actually stops removing rust.
