Metal Kleener 0001 Industrial Pre & Post Detergent

Cleaning parts and equipment is critical in its operation.

It is important that the detergent effectively removes the soils and other contaminants. In addition, it is important the the detergent is easily rinsed off.

Unlike other caustic detergents containing sodium or potassium hydroxides, Metal Kleener 0001 doe not. It is easily rinsed off and will not cause the paint to bubble off or otherwise fall off. does not.

• Powerful Industrial Quality Detergent designed to remove oils, sand, dirt and other contaminants prior to rust removal.
• Very effective post application cleaner to remove any carbon deposits if required.
• Mixes with water from 1/2% to 8% concentrate.
• Use 1/2% for power washing, steam cleaning and similar.
• Use 8% for extreme oil and grease contaminants.

Stop RUST in it's tracks...

Protect your parts after you remove the rust with Metal Shield. It inherently resists dust and dirt form its surface. Other rust preventatives are sticky or tacky.

This causes dirt, sand, and other air borne particulates to adhere to the part causing a layer of contamination to form.

Our Metal Shield dries non-tacky and does not easily attract dirt.  It also washes off easily with a mild detergent like the Metal Kleener 0001.
